Return Policy

Returns will be accepted with prior approval. Please fill out the Return Request form or contact us to receive an RMA. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the invoice date. No returns will be accepted on electrical parts. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible shipping costs of returned goods. Returned merchandise must be unused and in the original packaging. We do not allow returns on pressure washer pumps, gas powered products, or electrical parts. Credits will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. Shipping fees for returned merchandise will not be credited back. Credits for returned merchandise will be for the value of the merchandise minus any applicable fees.

Special order items are NOT eligible for returns or refunds.
